Help us find your order
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- A short description of your question or the requested change.
- Clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label if an item is damaged, incorrect or incomplete.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or identity documents unless we explain a necessary, secure verification method.
Delivery & address changes
Contact us promptly if you need to change an address or cancel an order. We can confirm whether the shipment can still be changed before dispatch. A change is not confirmed until our team acknowledges it.
Processing: within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit: usually 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Returns & damaged items
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email us before mailing anything so we can provide the correct return destination and instructions.
Our Guangzhou business address is not an automatic return authorization. Return routing may require shipment to China; confirm the destination and cost before sending.
