1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information collected through tervanh.com, related purchases and customer support. Advertising features, including AppLovin where enabled, are subject to the choices described below. Actual processing depends on the features used, your location and your privacy choices.

Independent websites and payment services have their own privacy notices. Material changes to our practices will be reflected here, with additional notice or renewed consent where required.

2. Information we collect

• Transaction data: items ordered, order value, discounts, delivery details, return requests, payment status and transaction references. Payment providers handle full payment credentials; our support team does not request card security codes.

• Device and browsing data: IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, referring pages, viewed products and interactions with the website or ads, depending on enabled technology and permitted choices.

We disclose information as needed to Shopify and other store technology providers; payment providers; delivery and fulfillment partners; communication, security and analytics providers; and professional advisers or authorities when justified by law. Their access should be limited to what is needed for their role.

We do not provide payment-card security codes or account passwords to advertising partners.

5. AppLovin & advertising technologies

Where we enable AppLovin, we may collect and share device and network information, online identifiers, browsing and product interactions, ad interactions and purchase or conversion events with AppLovin for advertising attribution, campaign measurement and optimization, interest-based advertising and improvement of AppLovin’s services, including its AI-powered technologies. Depending on the integration and permitted choices, matching may use contact identifiers, such as hashed email addresses. Hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.

Collection can occur through pixels, cookies, scripts, APIs or comparable integrations, including server-side event sharing. AppLovin’s handling of information is described in its own privacy policy.

Where enabled, AppLovin-related collection and sharing are subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices. We do not authorize sending sensitive personal information, protected health information or children’s data to AppLovin, or using its advertising services in connection with a child.

6. Cookies, consent & withdrawal

Essential technologies support functions such as cart contents, checkout and security. Optional technologies may support analytics, advertising measurement and personalized advertising. When optional technologies are enabled, the site’s consent or privacy controls explain the relevant categories and providers, including AppLovin where used.

Where prior consent is required, optional tracking and related data sharing begin only after valid consent is obtained. Where those laws apply, you can opt out through the site’s privacy controls and by emailing service@tervanh.com with “Privacy Opt-Out.” We honor legally applicable browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal and apply account-level choices where we can reliably link them. Do Not Track signals are not standardized in the same way.

We will verify requests proportionately, respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a refusal or extension where allowed. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If an appeal is available, reply to our decision requesting a privacy appeal.

8. Retention & protection

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including managing an ongoing order, addressing a return or dispute, complying with recordkeeping duties and maintaining evidence of privacy choices. Retention depends on the category, legal requirements and legitimate operational need; we do not use a single indefinite retention period for all information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access restrictions appropriate to the information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact us if you suspect misuse of your order or support information.

9. International processing

Our business is based in China. Shopify, payment, delivery and advertising providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and locations where they operate. Privacy protections may differ between countries. Where required, we use or rely on legally recognized transfer safeguards, such as appropriate contractual protections or a valid transfer mechanism. 10. Children & sensitive information

The store is intended for adults purchasing home décor and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information for advertising. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review, delete where appropriate and prevent further prohibited processing.

We do not request medical histories, diagnoses or protected health information for shopping or advertising.
