These terms apply to purchases of seashell wind chimes through tervanh.com. Review the product listing, checkout summary and linked policies before ordering.

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or have appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an automated receipt acknowledges the submission. Acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

If we cannot accept an order or must cancel it before acceptance, we will notify you and refund any payment collected. We do not use this clause to avoid rights that arise earlier under applicable law.

Product listings specify the materials, measurements, contents and use instructions relevant to the item. Styling accessories shown in photographs are included only if the listing says so. Natural shell may vary in color, texture and shape where used, and screens can display color differently.

Such variations do not excuse a defective product or a material difference from its description. Wind chimes are decorative items, not toys. Follow placement and care instructions and use suitable hanging hardware.

The price, transaction currency, available payment methods and shipping or taxes collected by us appear at checkout. Review the total before paying. Bank conversion charges or import fees not collected by us may be additional where applicable.

If a significant error is identified, we will explain the issue and seek agreement to a correction or offer cancellation and refund as appropriate. We will not silently increase an already agreed price.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Business days mean Monday–Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Delivery estimates are separate from processing.

If we cannot meet the dispatch period, we will provide an update and available options. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, international fulfillment, customs and delivery issues. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers only as permitted by applicable consumer law; a carrier scan alone does not automatically resolve a disputed delivery.

Contact us promptly to request an order or address change. A request is not confirmed until we acknowledge that it can be carried out. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch; afterward the return process applies. We will not impose an undisclosed cancellation penalty.

Standard return requests can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before shipping a return. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; reasonable return costs for a verified defect or our error are covered by us. No restocking fee applies. Returns may require shipping to China; confirm the destination first.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, with additional provider posting time possible. Refund scope, condition requirements and statutory exceptions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Statutory warranties and consumer remedies are not excluded by these terms. You do not lose mandatory rights merely by opening packaging, reasonably inspecting an item or reporting after a shorter suggested reporting period.

Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s payment method, interfere with checkout security or deliberately abuse promotions. We may investigate or decline an order on reasonable grounds and will explain the effect on any collected payment where lawfully possible. Nothing here prevents a legitimate refund request, complaint or payment dispute.

We use order and contact information as described in our Privacy Policy. Purchase-related emails are distinct from optional marketing. Accepting commercial terms does not by itself provide consent for optional advertising cookies or unrelated marketing.

We are responsible for our obligations under the contract and applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, liability is limited to loss reasonably foreseeable from a breach; this does not remove liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right that cannot be excluded.

Events outside reasonable control may delay performance. We will communicate material disruption and discuss available remedies. Such events do not automatically remove refund rights or allow us to retain payment without supplying the order.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Any competent court or statutory complaint route available under mandatory law remains available; no compulsory private arbitration is imposed here.

The version accepted when you place an order governs that purchase unless a lawful, agreed change applies. Updated terms apply prospectively and cannot retroactively remove accrued rights.
