1. Operator & acceptance
tervanh.com is operated by Guangzhou Time Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. under the Tervanh™ brand. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent a binding agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. This does not waive rights connected with a purchase you have already made.
2. Eligibility & intended audience
The website is intended for adults shopping for home décor. Do not impersonate another person or provide information you are not entitled to use. A parent or authorized adult should handle purchases where legal capacity is required.
Decorative shell wind chimes are not children’s toys. Follow product-specific warnings and keep cords and fragile components away from children and pets.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the store, make legitimate purchases, use support resources and share links for lawful personal purposes. You may not use the website to commit fraud, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, harvest personal information, evade access controls or interfere with service availability.
Automated access must not bypass security, overload the service or violate applicable law. Ordinary search indexing and lawful accessibility tools are not prohibited merely because they use automation.

Commercial republication, deceptive use of the brand or copying protected materials without permission is not authorized. Statutory exceptions and other lawful uses remain available. The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claim and does not assert registration in every jurisdiction.
6. Reviews & submitted content
If you send a review, photo or other material, ensure it is accurate to your experience and that you have the rights to share it. Do not include another person’s private details, unlawful content or misleading endorsements.
Content sent privately for support may be used to resolve your request. We will seek permission before using private support photos or messages in marketing. If public review features are offered, we may display and moderately format submitted reviews for that purpose; we do not claim ownership of your content or require a blanket transfer of rights.
We may remove unlawful, abusive or irrelevant submissions, but do not suppress a legitimate review merely because it is negative.
